The patient is a 62 y. old F with a history of triple negative right breast cancer previously s/p bilateral mastectomies and implant reconstruction, presenting with residual breast deformity and pain, s/p revision bilateral breasts with significant capsule work/galaflex mesh, implant down-sizing and soft tissue revision.

Breast Cancer
The patient is a 44 y. old F with a history of right breast cancer and previous mastectomy. presenting with eft breast cancer and BRCA1 +. S/p initial left NS mastectomy, lymph node biopsy, and tissue expander reconstruction. Second surgery left tissue expander exchange for implant, removal right ruptured implant and exchange, and bilateral soft tissue revision. 6 weeks s/p second surgery.
65 y. old female with a history of bilateral mastectomies presenting with left breast implant rupture and capsular contracture. S/p bilateral breast revision with capsulectomy, implant exchange and breast lift.
Case Details: The patient is a 64 year old female with left breast cancer. Procedures performed include left mastectomy with pre-pectoral implant reconstruction and right augmentation/lift and fat grafting for symmetry. Patient also had left nipple reconstruction. She will eventually getting a 3-D tattoo as well.
Case Details: The patient is a 49 year old female presenting with large left breast cancer. Procedures performed include lumpectomy and oncoplastic breast reduction. Completed post. operative radiation. 3 months post. op
Case Details: The patient is 71 year old female with a history of bilateral breast augmentation many years ago, and then presented with left breast cancer. She was treated with lumpectomy and radiation. Once she had recovered from radiation, she underwent bilateral implant exchange and capsulectomy with bilateral breast lift. 6 months post. op.
Case Details: The patient is a 48 year old female with a history of breast cancer and BRCA mutation after prior bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction with a right latissimus flap and bilateral implants. She underwent multiple surgeries by other providers since her diagnosis in 2006, and presented with breast asymmetry, deformity and symmastia. She also had never been offered nipple reconstruction. We revised her reconstruction over several surgeries including: implant exchange, correction of symmastia with galafelx mesh, fat grafting, and nipple reconstruction. 3 months post. op last surgery. She will be revising her tattoos in the future as well.

The patient is a 57 year old female presenting with a large left breast cancer as well as symptomatic large breasts. Procedures performed include left lumpectomy and oncoplastic breast reduction. She then completed chemotherapy and radiation and had fat grafting to the breasts to help with symmetry and skin texture from the radiation changes. 3.5 months a/p fat grafting.
Case Details: 65 y. old female with a history of right breast cancer who had a mastectomy and implant reconstruction years ago by another provider. She was unhappy with the shape and symmetry of the breasts. Procedures performed include left breast lift with auto-augmentation and revision right breast reconstruction with implant exchange, lift, fat grafting and right nipple reconstruction (done in two operations). An additional round of fat grafting to the right breast was discussed but she is happy with the results. She is also considering and nipple-areolar tattoo. 4 months post. op from second operation.
Case Details: 36 y. old female with hemihypertrophy right breast cancer and severe breast asymmetry as well as chest scarring from surgeries as a child. Procedures performed include: right lumpectomy/oncoplastic breast reduction and post operative radiation. Status post left breast lift, fat grafting and revision of chest scars for symmetry.
