Case Details: The patient is a 57 year old female presenting with a large left breast cancer as well as symptomatic large breasts. Procedures performed include left lumpectomy and oncoplastic breast reduction. She then completed chemotherapy and radiation and had fat grafting to the breasts to help with symmetry and skin texture from the radiation changes. 3.5 months a/p fat grafting.
