Liposuction

The patient is a 57 y. old female s/p bariatric surgery and massive weight loss, resulting in full body excess skin, and breast ptosis. She is s/p two staged surgeries so far. The first was a bilateral breast reduction/lift, ventral hernia repair and abdominoplasty (11 months post. op), and bilateral arm lift and carpal tunnel release (2 months post. op).
The patient is a 30 y. old F with severe symptomatic rectus diastasis and umbilical hernia s/p 4 pregnancies and chronic back pain, s/p abdominoplasty, hernia repair, liposuction thighs/abdomen and fat grafting to breasts. 5 months post. Op. Patient’s scar pigment will continue to fade.
Case Details: The patient is a 40 year old female with previous bariatric surgery and massive weight loss with full body excess skin, which will be removed in a staged fashion over several procedures. Procedures performed include abdominoplasty and bilateral arm lift with liposuction. 3 months post. op
Case Details: 42 y. old female presenting for mommy-makeover, with excess skin and subcutaneous tissue of the abdomen, back, lateral chest, and inner thighs and breast ptosis. S/p bilateral breast lift, abdominoplasty, and liposuction to back, lateral chest and inner thighs. 3 months post. op.
53 y. old female with a history of left breast cancer. S/p left mastectomy, implant reconstruction, fat grafting and nipple reconstruction, as well as right breast augmentation/lift and abdominoplasty/liposuction (multiple surgeries).
