Initially presenting for evaluation of exposed right breast implant and severe breast deformity and asymmetry as well as desiring decrease in breast size. S/p revision bilateral reconstructed breasts with extensive soft tissue work and implant exchange and down-sizing.

The patient is a 44 y. old F with a history of right breast cancer and previous mastectomy. presenting with eft breast cancer and BRCA1 +. S/p initial left NS mastectomy, lymph node biopsy, and tissue expander reconstruction. Second surgery left tissue expander exchange for implant, removal right ruptured implant and exchange, and bilateral soft tissue revision. 6 weeks s/p second surgery.

The patient is a 24 y. old transgender male presenting for evaluation of top surgery. We discussed different options. Due to his natural low breast position on the chest, he elected to proceed with liposuction of the bilateral chest as well as bilateral breast reduction with repositioning of pedicled nipples/areolas for the most masculinized appearing results. 4.5 months post. op.
