The patient is a 43 y. old female with a history of right breast cancer, bilateral mastectomies and DIEP flap reconstruction presenting for evaluation of reconstruction revision. She was unhappy with the shape of the breasts, and also wanted them smaller. S/p bilateral breast revision with flap debulking, removal of flap paddles and soft tissue revision.

The patient is a 53-year-old female with a history of breast cancer s/p bilateral mastectomies with implant reconstruction and numerous revisions/ complications. Initially presenting for evaluation of exposed right breast implant and severe breast deformity and asymmetry as well as desiring decrease in breast size. S/p revision bilateral reconstructed breasts with extensive soft tissue work and implant exchange and down-sizing.

Case No. 1066

The patient is a 57 y. old female s/p bariatric surgery and massive weight loss, resulting in full body excess skin, and breast ptosis. She is s/p two staged surgeries so far. The first was a bilateral breast reduction/lift, ventral hernia repair and abdominoplasty (11 months post. op), and bilateral arm lift and carpal tunnel release (2 months post. op).
