The patient is a 57 y. old female s/p bariatric surgery and massive weight loss, resulting in full body excess skin, and breast ptosis. She is s/p two staged surgeries so far. The first was a bilateral breast reduction/lift, ventral hernia repair and abdominoplasty (11 months post. op), and bilateral arm lift and carpal tunnel release (2 months post. op).
